This policy explains how Aikolumi Software PVT LTD ("we") handles information in connection with the Product Photo Generator Shopify app ("the App").
1. Who we are
Product Photo Generator is developed and operated by Aikolumi Software PVT LTD. Questions about this policy or about your data go to mo@touchstage.com.
2. What we collect
We store only what the App needs to work:
- Product images — we read the product photos in your catalogue in order to build scenes from them, and we store the scenes we generate along with the product id and title they belong to.
- Style settings — the brand colour and surface you choose, so every scene your store makes matches the last one.
- Shop and billing information — your shop domain, current plan, and AI-scene credit balance, needed to meter usage and to process subscription charges and credit top-up purchases through Shopify Billing.
We do not collect your customers' personal information. The App does not read customer accounts, orders, checkout data, or storefront browsing activity.
3. How we use it
Only to operate the App: generating scenes from your product photos, showing them back to you, and adding the ones you approve to your products. We do not sell your data, we do not share it with third parties for marketing, and we do not use your product images to train any model.
4. Storage and retention
Generated scenes are stored on our infrastructure for as long as the App stays
installed, so you can come back to a run. You can delete any scene from inside the App at
any time. When you uninstall, or when Shopify sends the shop/redact webhook,
we delete that store's scenes, runs, style settings, plan record, and sessions.
5. Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the data we hold for your store, or ask us to delete it, at
mo@touchstage.com. We also handle Shopify's mandatory
webhooks — customers/data_request, customers/redact, and
shop/redact — automatically whenever Shopify triggers them.
6. Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version is posted on this page with a new date.
