Terms of service

These terms cover your use of the Product Photo Generator Shopify app, operated by Aikolumi Software PVT LTD.
1. The service
The App generates product images by placing your existing product photograph on a generated scene. Your product's own pixels are composited unchanged — the App does not redraw, restyle, or invent the product itself. You keep every right you already had in your product photography, and you own the images the App produces from it.
2. Plans and payment
Product Photo Generator is billed through Shopify Billing, in the currency and on the schedule Shopify uses for your store.
- Free — 10 AI scenes to start, plus unlimited procedural (non-AI) scenes forever. No payment method required.
- Studio — $14.99/month, renews automatically, includes 150 AI scenes per billing period. Unused AI scenes do not carry over to the next period.
- Scale — $39/month, renews automatically, includes 500 AI scenes per billing period. Unused AI scenes do not carry over to the next period.
- Credit top-ups — one-time purchases of extra AI scenes (50 for $6.99, or 200 for $24.99) on top of your plan. Purchased credits never expire and are only spent after your plan's own allotment for the period runs out.
You can change or cancel your subscription at any time from inside the App; a cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Procedural (non-AI) scenes stay unlimited and free on every plan.
3. Refunds
Subscription charges are billed in advance for the coming period and are non-refundable for time already elapsed. Credit top-up purchases are non-refundable once any credit from the pack has been spent. If the App doesn't do what this page says it does, email mo@touchstage.com within 30 days of the charge and we will make it right.
4. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for having the rights to the product photographs you run through the App, and for checking a generated scene before you publish it to your storefront.
5. Availability
We aim to keep the App available, but it is provided as-is, without warranty. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the App.
6. Ending it
You can uninstall the App from your Shopify admin at any time, which deletes your data as described in the privacy policy. We may suspend access if the App is used in a way that breaks these terms or Shopify's own terms.
